I am not a graduate of any bachelor course but I studied BS in Business Administration for 3 and a half years. I wanted to ask if you're still hiring.

Anyways, I plan to pursue my studies on June but I'm going to take up Education major in English. I know now that it's where my heart is. But in order to do so, I need to support myself that is why I need to find a job - preferrably an ESL job.

I hope to hear from you soon! God bless.

Sincerely,
Danielle Kaye FloresAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7654739929475901221.post-28600178686869212692012-11-01T22:52:25.768+08:002012-11-01T22:52:25.768+08:00Hi Teacher Clai. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

2009 when I started to teach online. I did well by June and July however same time 2010 I had lost most of my students. Students come and go: some become too busy to continue studying, some find better teachers, others find cheaper teachers (but not necessarily better ones). That taught me (the hard way), to diversify and try other online jobs as well. Right now I provide technical/customer support for a few small businesses in different parts of the world.

If you want to earn a living from working online, find other sources of income. Teaching English online pays well but I doubt it if you can teach 8 hours straight since students are available to study during certain hours only.

During the hours that you don't have any students, you can write articles or do transcription jobs or do data entry work.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Good luck on your endeavor! fionskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03319105233203779983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7654739929475901221.post-67551482207118461252012-11-01T19:38:49.622+08:002012-11-01T19:38:49.622+08:00i have a question teacher, Do you think working fr...i have a question teacher, Do you think working from home can really make one earn a living? I am working full time during the day and teach at home after office. I am getting tired of going to the office every morning, trying to beat the morning rush but still end up getting to work late. I discovered recently that I have a passion for teaching. I am currently working for an online English company based in UK. (from what i know).I am teaching around 5 students in total on a per schedule basis. Once all of their sessions is finished, the re-enroll and chose me as their teacher. They all like me. My teaching time at night is kind of limited because I need to sleep early for tomorrow's work. I am contemplating whether to teach at home full time or not. Will you help me be enlighten on this one? thanks :)Clarissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12893797041493788282noreply@blogger.com
