For US Telecommuters

This blog is mostly for Filipinos in the Philippines who are considering working at home or looking for extra income. I have some relatives and friends in the US who are asking about homebased work.

Staffcentrix's Rat Race Rebellion is a site that is dedicated to US telecommuters, most specially spouses of US Military personnel. There are some information here that can be useful to people outside of the US as well.

I tried signing up for an account at LiveOps. I discovered during the course of the agent test that I'm not eligible because I am not in the US.

Good luck to all who seek to work at home!

Big Buck$ Avenue: Virtual Workers Social Network...

I just discovered Big Buck$ Avenue. It says that it's a virtual social network. It posts job opportunities and I think this group hires people.

Visit Big Buck$ Avenue

I was actually browsing through Craigslist when I saw a post on a homebased Customer Service Representative job so I followed instructions. I got to the site and saw that they are looking for an online English Tutor. I applied the same day and got a response in less than 24 hours. An interview was set up the next day. The interviewer, Miss Shai was so nice and pleasant that I just wanted to work for her team. It's so refreshing to encounter someone really nice.

I have encountered people who lack, no, people WHO DO NOT HAVE COMMON COURTESY, and feel that they have the right to be rude to anyone who they think are beneath them. Sheesh.

For more information go to Big Buck$ Avenue, or visit their other site.
