Looking for a VA for SEO

My former employer is looking for a VA for SEO work. Candidate should know what SEO is and how it works. 

Requirements: Stable Internet connection, a decent computer

Candidate will be doing a lot of writing of blogs and articles, research, some social media stuff. May be required to use Wordpress and other CMS.
