OnlineJobs
I found this site through a US based VA forum. They discussed outsourcing help from the Philippines. I saw a lot of positive feedback. One member posted the link of OnlineJobs as the place where she gets help.
It looks like good place to find homebased jobs. It looks like it's a site created by Filipinos, for Filipinos.
