It looks like good place to find homebased jobs. It looks like it's a site created by Filipinos, for Filipinos.

PHP between 150-220 per hour (50-minute class), depending on experience and credentials
ONLINE ENGLISH INSTRUCTORS
Responsibilities:
Part-time Language tutors :
Teach English in a fun, and effective way
Teach other subjects if qualified to do so (Math, Reading, homework help, ETC)
Create a classroom environment by establishing a student-teacher relationship And by using various teaching strategies
Requirements:
Part-time Language tutors:
-fast computer at home or work, with reliable wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) and at least 1 Mbps and nice headset.
-Candidate must possess at least a vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate,
Bachelor's/College Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Education/
Teaching/Training or Equivalent
• Possesses very good English communication skills
• Hard-working, efficient and always on-time
• Preferably has work experience in a call center, English teaching or English tutoring
• Can work at least 20 hours per week
• Familiar with the use of Skype and Google mail
• Applicants must be willing to teach a 20-minute free session to show student how class will be conducted.
• Shift is: Mon-Fri: between 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM and Sat/Sun: between 7:00 PM- 1:00 AM

Webmaster - Video Editing - Web Support

Home based virtual position.
I am looking for someone to support our
website purchasers and help them get their site set up. We use a
support system called Kayako by Fusion. Applicant needs to be
familiar with it.
Applicant needs to be able to register
domains, change DNS, help customers with support questions, setting
up their emails and email forwarding, troubleshooting when a port is
blocked to be able to use a different port (networking basic skills)
other minor support.
Below is a set of skills that the
person needs to have...
Knowledge of using Plesk web hosting
panel from Parallels, domains and DNS, basic networking, good
customer service and support skills, email configuration, good
written and spoken communication skills as some support will have to
be on the phone.
The part that takes up the most time is
customers needing things like...
email configured to work with gmail,
aol, etc.
their current website switched over to
our DNS.
customer to pick a domain and register
it (we do have an automated process for this but the support person
needs to know infusion to log into and process the sale of the new
domain.)
I would also like the applicant to be
able to handle minor video editing and posting as well as playing
presentation videos on a gotomeeting.com webinar as if live.
I would also like someone who can
update and manage a wordpress website to add content on a regular
basis.
This is a full time long term position.
